Full Job Description
As a Plant KWS Manager in the Jackson, TN Plant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering programs and processes essential to our plant operation. You will oversee site-wide improvement efforts that support the plant producing great food at a low cost.

In this role, you will lead various improvement projects revolving around efficiency, waste reduction, safety and quality improvements. These project teams will include members of operations, finance, quality, logistics, and other departments.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading By Example -Serve as a member of the plant management leadership team. Develop short and long-term cost containment and reduction strategies, while delivering cost savings within the business unit.
  • Focusing on Continuous Improvement -Deploy and sustain lean training to help staff meet the demands and challenges of our thriving business. With your help, the plant will comply with all employee safety, food safety and sanitation policies and regulations. As you manage and develop a team, you'll demonstrate your dedication to making our company and its people even more effective.
  • Empower Efficiency with a New Angle - Determine and drive best practices in equipment reliability, total cost of ownership and providing technical support for proactive maintenance
  • Strategize to Win -Drive Key Performance Indicators related to Improved Costs, OEE, and Service
  • Data Driven -Update Equipment Maintenance Plans (EMP) based on data analysis of failures
  • Empower Teams -Train reliability and autonomous maintenance


We're Looking for Someone With

  • A passion for improvement and thinking outside the box
  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, KWS, IWS, HPO)
  • Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross functional teams across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • HS Diploma/GED and experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives


Compensation

The annual salary range is $170,000 - $188,000, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
