ROLE OVERVIEW:This position is responsible to oversee schedule and perform maintenance at Ready Mix plants.
The typical schedule is Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM with the occasional Saturday.
COMPENSATION:Wage Range is $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES (summary of components that make up the job)
- Perform activities of maintaining, repairing or installing electrical needs at Ready mix plants.
- Maintain equipment and assist with repairs
- Assist with electrical problems
- Assist with set up and calibration, fill in plant operation
- Coordinate winter wiring at plants
- Assisting new employees
- Provide electrical training for employees per government guidelines
- Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.). Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors
- Ensure MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance, Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (minimum educational, experience, or other relevant job requirements)
- High School or GED plus higher trade or technical school or equivalent in related field
- Mechanical & electrical experience
- Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record.
