Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; APICS/CPIM or other supply chain certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience in consumer goods, apparel, footwear, sporting goods or seasonal product environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory planning, procurement processes, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Infor M3, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain performance through demand planning and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels.
• Manage purchase orders ensuring product availability while balancing costs.
• Provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics to support S&OP processes.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Support sourcing and replenishment strategies while managing product lifecycle planning.
