• Physical ability to handle large dogs over 40 lbs and manage lifting requirements for supplies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable in both independent and collaborative settings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and eligibility for company vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee Liberty Dogs' adoption and career change programs, including various specialized dog placements.
• Conduct application screening and adoption counseling through open, conversational approaches.
• Create and implement behavior modification and training plans for dogs at various stages of placement.
• Provide personalized post-placement support, including training sessions and in-home visits for new adopters.
• Collaborate with various teams for effective dog placement strategies and community outreach efforts.
• Manage volunteer opportunities on-site and maintain critical partnerships with transfer organizations.
• Oversee department operations including inventory management and compliance with safety protocols.
