Full Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Develop project takeoffs for weld count and materials.
  • Develop bid packages for the materials required to fabricate the project and work with outside vendors to price materials and services.
  • Coordination with QAQC Team to support our efforts and ensure drawing preparation.
  • Develop pipe drawings and weld maps to include heat number tracing and welds.
  • Coordination with Electrical, structural, and process engineering teams to ensure total package development
  • Design hydrostatic tests and supervise testing to include maintenance of test gauge calibration.
  • Maintain all required code paperwork for each project
  • Be open and able to travel to project sites to assist in the startup of fabricated equipment.
  • Prepare purchase orders to successful vendors.
  • Review project plan and schedule changes; recommend actions to ensure the project stays on time and on budget while meeting client specifications.
  • Ensure project compliance with appropriate government regulations, safety rules, and company and client policies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree.
  • Minimum 6+ years experience.
  • Working knowledge of construction, industry codes and standards ASME/ANSI/API/NFPA/CSA codes (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, 49 CFR 192 & 195) preferred but not required.

SALARY: $120,000K - $150,000K
