Full Job Description
As the Pipeline Programs Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing ServiceTitan's Sales Development strategy. You will join a rapidly growing team and will be involved in training numerous new hires for success. Your primary focus will be on creating and managing monthly pipeline programs that align with product releases, industry focus, sales motions, and large events. What You'll Do: • Be the Architect: Design and implement dynamic monthly pipeline programs that align with product launches, industry trends, and key sales initiatives. • Empower the Front Lines: Craft engaging training programs and resources that equip our Sales Development team with the knowledge and tools to succeed. • Spark Friendly Competition: Inject excitement and motivation by launching creative spiffs, contests, and call blitzes that drive results. • Be the Data Guru: Track, analyze, and present key performance metrics to leadership, showcasing your impact on pipeline generation. • Collaborate & Conquer: Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to ensure seamless alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. • Cross-functional Collaboration: ability to build meaningful and trusted relationships with marketing, product, strategy and enablement to impact results with monthly pipeline programs. • Impact Results: run pipeline programs coordinated with multiple teams that directly impact pipeline and increased activity across the country. • Inspire with Content and Communication: create and coordinate monthly all hands communication with inspirational and creative content and messaging. What You'll Bring: • Proven Track Record: You have a successful history as a Pipeline Programs Manager (or similar role) within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. 2+ years of work experience ideally in technology or SaaS. • Expert Organization & Execution Skills: in a fast paced environment like ours, being incredibly organized, highly efficient at getting things done and having focused task execution is highly valued and required for success. • Communication Master: You can communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role isZone 1: $111,800 USD - $167,600 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WAZone 2: $104,500 USD - $156,700 USD Applicable for: All other US locations.International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
