Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university, with 3 years of relevant engineering design experience.
• Strong facilitation and collaborative skills for effective team dynamics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail in all engineering outputs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering design tools.
• Experience in managing work plans, schedules, and budgets is advantageous.
• Engineers in Training (EIT) Certification and Professional Engineer (PE) License are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all engineering design efforts for Design-only and/or EPC projects.
• Develop man-hour budgets and work breakdown structure (WBS) codes.
• Conduct quality reviews of engineering deliverables.
• Align project scheduling and budgeting with project controls teams.
• Prepare project cost estimates and manage procurement processes.
• Oversee field engineering services and maintain project action item lists.
• Direct internal meetings and prepare monthly client status reports.
