Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; additional construction education is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience in a trade discipline (e.g., excavation, pipe, concrete, paving) preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in construction is preferred.
• OSHA 10 hour certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates technical proficiency in multiple aspects of pipe installation.
• Supervises hourly crewmembers, planning and scheduling manpower and equipment needs.
• Manages deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Implements the Allan Myers Safety Program and conducts accident investigations and reporting.
• Coordinates project plans with other Field Managers, Superintendents, and customers.
• Provides on-the-job training for crewmembers in assigned tasks.
• Communicates performance expectations regarding productivity, quality, and safety to crews.
• Maintains accurate documentation for project-related activities including change orders and reports.
