Full Job Description
Willis Knighton Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our dedicated inpatient team at Willis Knighton North in Shreveport, LA. This role delivers comprehensive, high-quality care to patients within a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Schedule and Coverage
  • Rotation: 7 days on, 7 days off.
  • Team Structure: Physician rotation model.
  • Shifts: In-house floor management and admissions

Compensation Structure
  • Competitive Shift + wRVU compensation on both day and night shifts.

Clinical Facilities
  • Unit Size: 300-bed dedicated inpatient unit.
  • Environment: Modern community health system with robust subspecialty support.
