Full Job Description
Henry Ford St. John Children's Hospital is seeking a full-time Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our growing Pediatric Subspecialty Division. The St. John Children's Hospital is located on the Henry Ford St. John Hospital and Medical Center campus in Detroit, MI.

This is an employed position consisting of approximately 90% dedicated clinical time and 10% teaching and academic time with Pediatric Residents and Medical Students.

The position includes a mix of outpatient consultations and longitudinal endocrinology care as well as shared inpatient consult coverage on a rotational basis. The division manages a wide range of endocrine conditions including Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth and puberty disorders, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and obesity-related metabolic disorders.

You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team consisting of Pediatric Endocrinologists, Certified Diabetes Educators, Dietitians, and Pediatric Nurses, all supporting the comprehensive care of pediatric patients. The outpatient clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and academic scholarship are available and encouraged. Faculty appointment through an affiliated medical school is available for qualified candidates.
