What We're Looking For:- M.D. or D.O. graduates.
- Board-certified/eligible in cardiovascular medicine.
- Licensed by the WI state medical board.
- Highly collaborative with a leadership mindset, comfortable leading care teams with a focus on patient outcomes.
- Skilled in providing high-quality primary care, including accessibility to patients and addressing their medical and social needs.
- Driven by a passion for caring for patients with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or the medically underserved.
Compensation & Benefits:- Two-year guaranteed salary with incentive formula from onset
