Physician Director of Maternal Fetal Medicine.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an outgoing and motivated physician:
- Will lead and share the growth of a Maternal-Fetal Medicine program with the ability to drive program innovation, expand services and improve access to specialized maternal-fetal care for the region.
- Demonstrates a commitment to practice the full range of comprehensive Maternal-Fetal Medicine, including prenatal diagnosis, complex obstetric management, genetic and perinatal consultation
- Exhibits excellent clinical, leadership and communication skills as part of a well-integrated team.
The Director role will be 0.80 FTE clinical and 0.20 FTE administrative and will supervise a team of MFM physicians and a dedicated MFM Advanced Practice Provider.
Department/Division Specifics:- Over 2,500 deliveries annually
- Level III NICU with 27 Beds
- Top-notch VoluSon E10 machines that are fully integrated with Epic HER
- Program supported by APRNs, ARDMS certified sonographers, diabetic educators, nutritionists, genetic counselors, and a full team of neonatal and pediatric sub-specialists.
Preferred Qualifications:- Fellowship trained in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, including demonstrated proficiency in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including program development, quality improvement initiatives, or experience mentoring physicians, fellows, residents, or advanced practice providers.
- Ability to obtain and maintain medical licensure in the State of Illinois.
Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that maybe applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
Pay Range: $475,256 - $632,717
