Job Summary:
Arcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician to join our dedicated medical provider team. In this role, you will provide high-quality medical services to patients, diagnose and treat illnesses, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient well-being and have the expertise to offer personalized care across a range of medical services.
Key Responsibilities:- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Order, perform, and interpret medical tests, and analyze records and reports to diagnose patient conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history, examination results, and treatment plans.
- Explain medical procedures, test results, and treatments to patients and their families.
- Advise patients on diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
- Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare practitioners when needed.
- Coordinate and direct activities of nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
