The Practice Union Hospital Terre Haute - Terre Haute, Indiana - 300-bed facility with a 50-bed Emergency Department.
- Hybrid ICU.
- Approximately 80,000 patient encounters per year.
- Large patient volume and acuity with a small-town friendly feel.
- 18 encounters per day per intensivist; 14 encounters per night between physician and APP.
- Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Certified Primary Stroke Center.
- Vituity-staffed Emergency Department and hospitalists offer integrated care solutions at the site.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
