We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our Hospital Medicine team as a Hospitalist. The Physician Hospitalist provides comprehensive inpatient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the continuum of hospitalization.
The Hospitalist Physician works on a shift-based schedule and does not accrue PTO or CME days. This position offers strong clinical support, and opportunities to participate in quality improvement, education, and program development.

Schedule: 7 am - 7 pm

Job Duties:- Provide direct inpatient medical care, including admissions, daily rounding, and discharge planning
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions for hospitalized patients
- Coordinate care with consulting specialists, nursing, case management, and ancillary services
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to optimize patient outcomes and length of stay
- Respond to rapid responses/codes as assigned by the department
- Support patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice initiatives
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of residents, medical students, or advanced practice providers, as applicable
- Comply with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements
Position Details:Required:- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligibility for state medical licensure
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Preferred:- Prior hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience
- Experience working in a team-based, high-acuity inpatient setting
- Interest in quality improvement, education, or leadership initiatives
