What You'll Do• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with integrated care teams including advanced practitioners, nurses, behavioral health, and population health specialists.

• Participate in quality improvement and data-driven decision-making to advance patient care.

Qualifications• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Idaho medical licensure.
