- 120-bed facility with 18-bed Emergency Department.
- Annual volume of 60,000 with a 9% admit rate.
- Patient mix is 60% Spanish-speaking and 25% peds.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
