Acclaim Multi-SpecialtyGroup, a partner with JPS Health Network, is seeking a motivated and ambitiousprovider to join Acclaim Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) of the Hospital MedicineDepartment as a Full Time Hospital Medicine Physician.

As the county hospitalsystem, JPS has been serving the residents of Tarrant County for over 100years. This is a wonderful opportunity for innovative and passionateindividuals to treat complex medical issues to patients that need itmost. In addition to the nourishing and rewarding clinical atmosphere, JPSis an urban teaching hospital with a long history of training physicians andmedical students. Currently JPS offers 18 residency and fellowshipprograms, all taught by DFW Top Doctors.

Furthermore, JPS offersamenities such as an Onsite Employee Pharmacy, multiple on-site food options,and has plans to expand further with the upcoming JPS Bond Program project. 33 total beds
Day Team Staffing:1 Physician and 1 APP / Night Team Staffing: 1 APP
Physician Shift:7AM-5PM
Average daily census 12-18
No call/RRT responsibility or critical care responsibility
Closed ICU; Intensivists & pulmonologists handle critical care matters and RRT (Hospitalists only do courtesy rounding in ICU)

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience
Must have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an approved college of Medicine/Osteopathy
Must be board-eligible/certified physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Have or be eligible for Texas Medical License

Required Licensures/Certification
Must have current Texas Medical License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Unrestricted DEA
