What You'll Be Doing (Real Talk)- Conduct assessments that go beyond surface-level-understanding the full picture (medical + behavioral health)
- Manage and prescribe medications with confidence and clinical judgment
- Work side-by-side with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams (ACTT, CST, IIH, TCM)
- Be involved in treatment planning-not just signing off on it
- Support high-risk members who need more than a quick visit
- Document your work in a way that stands up to audits (because compliance matters here)

What You Bring to the Table- Licensed Physician Assistant in North Carolina
- NCCPA certification
- DEA (or ability to obtain)
