But-
If you want to actually change outcomes, work with a team that relies on you, and practice medicine where it matters most... keep reading.

You're part of the clinical engine driving care for individuals with complex mental health needs.
What You'll Be Doing (Real Talk)
  • Conduct assessments that go beyond surface-level-understanding the full picture (medical + behavioral health)
  • Manage and prescribe medications with confidence and clinical judgment
  • Work side-by-side with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams (ACTT, CST, IIH, TCM)
  • Be involved in treatment planning-not just signing off on it
  • Support high-risk members who need more than a quick visit
  • Document your work in a way that stands up to audits (because compliance matters here)
Why This Role Hits Different
  • You're not isolated-you're part of a real team-based model
  • You'll see the impact of your decisions on members' lives
  • You're trusted to think, not just follow a script
  • Every day is different-and yes, sometimes challenging-but never meaningless
What You Bring to the Table
  • Licensed Physician Assistant in North Carolina
  • NCCPA certification
  • DEA (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort with behavioral health populations
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate, and stay grounded in fast-moving situations
Let's Be Honest for a Second

This role requires:

  • Strong documentation habits

  • Comfort working in a team that depends on you

What You Get
  • A role with purpose-not just productivity
  • A team that supports you (not leaves you on your own)
  • A growing organization where your voice matters
  • The opportunity to shape how care is delivered-not just participate in it
