Description:
Could you be our next Outpatient Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in General Cardiology with Lankenau Heart Group at the Riddle, Springfield, Concordville and Aston, PA locations?
Position: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - General Cardiology (Outpatient)
Shift: Rotating 4-10 hour Day Shift schedule, 7a - 5p. No weekends or Holiday's!
Experience:
1. 1- 2 years Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience Required in Cardiology
2. Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Cardiology preferred.
Education:
1. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.
2. MSN Required.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners as a Practitioner, or by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medical Education and Licensure.
2. Certification by the NCCPA (National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants) or (CRNP) Certified Registered Nurse
3. BLS certification required.
4. May require ACLS certification.
5. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support)
6. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
