Location: Waco, TX
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, seven days a week
Compensation: $60-$80/hour (based on experience) + bonus

Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Waco, TX. This role is ideal for clinicians who value variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact while practicing in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-track experience
  • Strong procedural skills (suturing, splinting, wound care)
  • Experience with initial X-ray interpretation prior to radiology over-read
