Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans which may require prescribing medications and therapies.
  • Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of conditions.
  • Perform minor procedures as needed.


Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Licensed as a Physician Assistant(PA) within the state of Ohio, and have National Commission on Certificate of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or a licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) within the state of Ohio, and have a nursing degree (APRN degree) with completion of an accredited Master's program.
  • Board eligible/certified
  • DEA license
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, release of information and medical record maintenance activities and billing activities preferred.

Physical Requirements:
