Physician Assistant or
Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This is a full-time position from the start, with consistent hours and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in family medicine and comfortable treating patients across all age groups in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Schedule:The clinic is open
Sunday through Friday. The provider will work
Sunday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, maintaining a
full-time schedule (40 hours/week) from the beginning.
Requirements:- Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in New York
- Experience in family medicine, including both adult and pediatric care
- Proficiency in Russian is a plus
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians
- Familiarity with EMR systems and proper clinical documentation standards
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive care to both adult and pediatric patients
- Conduct routine and sick visits, physical exams, and preventive care screenings
- Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and formulate treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs, diagnostic tests, and imaging as needed
- Educate patients on wellness, chronic disease management, and medication adherence
- Collaborate closely with supervising physician and support staff
- Maintain timely and accurate patient records in the EMR system
