Our client seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing primary care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and improving patient outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
- Provide preventive care services, annual wellness visits, and patient education.
- Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, obesity, COPD, asthma, and other common primary care diagnoses.
- Review and address laboratory results, imaging reports, patient messages, and clinical tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical documentation.
- Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational programs designed to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, payer, and organizational requirements.
Requirements
Required- Current Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain prior to employment.
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
Preferred- Experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Experience utilizing electronic medical records.
- Knowledge of value-based care and quality metrics.

Compensation and Benefits- Base salary: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
