Full Job Description
The candidate should be very motivated and subscribe to a philosophy of service excellence with both patients and other staff. This position will work predominately in treating acute and chronic pain in the spine as well as other joints through conservative treatment. The physicians with whom the position will work with offer a wide array of treatment options for their patients; primarily procedural as opposed to medication/pain medicine. This includes, but is not limited to, spinal cord neurostimulation, balloon kyphoplasty, nerve ablations, epidural and other flouroscopically-guided as well as ultrasound-guided injections. The position is primarily clinic-based and no call is involved, but there will be situations where the practitioner may need to field patient calls outside of non-clinic hours. A background in Pain Management, Physiatry, Musculoskeletal Injuries or Primary Care would be valuable, but not essential, to the role. Onsite physical therapy services, digital X-Ray, MRI and an outpatient surgery center offers our patients added convenience in a highly communicative environment. We provide a highly competitive compensation package based on employment status. Compensation: $64-$132/hr
