DescriptionJOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a full range of medical services for acute illness management in a fast-paced Urgent Care environment. Diagnose and treat acute illnesses. Make community referrals and ensure regulatory compliance documentation is completed accurately.

- Organizational policies, regulations, and procedures for patient care administration. Medical equipment and instruments for patient care.
- Common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
- Applying and modifying medical principles, methods, and techniques for ongoing patient care.
- Taking medical histories, assessing medical conditions, and interpreting findings.
- Preparing and maintaining records, writing reports, and responding to correspondence.
- Developing and maintaining quality services and quality improvement programs.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, school staff, and the public.
- Maintain quality control standards.
- React calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures.
- Communicate clearly.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited University
