  • Possession of a valid PA license and certification

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in an Urgent Care setting
  • Perform minor procedures as needed, including suturing and casting
  • Interpret diagnostic results from EKGs and X-rays to assist in treatment
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of medical professionals
  • Stay current with best practices in urgent care medicine

Full Job Description

Position: Physician Assistant

Pay: $68/hour - $89/hour (experience-based range)

Sign on Bonus: $15,000.00

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Full-Time Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers in our Nassau County Urgent Care Centers!

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • PA 2 or more. of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
  • Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
