Full Job Description
This position will provide clinical support across multiple clinic locations, including Loganville, Madison, and Monroe, as well as hospital rounding, call coverage, and urgent care evening coverage. The ideal candidate is flexible, team-oriented, and experienced in orthopedic care or eager to learn in a fast-paced specialty environment. This position will cover Urgent Care and some alternating weekends are required.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams
  • Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions under physician supervision
  • Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Perform in-office procedures (e.g., injections, splinting, casting)
  • Assist physicians in surgical settings as needed
  • Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions
  • Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and ancillary departments
  • Travel between clinic locations as scheduled
Qualifications

  • Schedule may vary based on clinic, hospital, and operational needs
