About the Job:

We're looking for a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team. You'll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities in Patient Care):
  • Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
  • Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
  • Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
