Full Job Description
  • Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals
  • Provide hands-on orthopedic interventions, including:
    • Therapeutic exercise
    • Manual therapy techniques
    • Neuromuscular re-education
    • Gait and balance training
    • IASTYM / Kinesiotaping
    • Modalities as indicated
  • Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic, payer, and regulatory guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
  • Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and quality of care
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
  • Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic initiatives as required


Education Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
