What the Job Looks Like:
You'll implement individualized care plans and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes in the Newark area. You'll work closely with supervising PTs, document promptly, and collaborate with a tight-knit clinical team. Your caseload and daily schedule are yours to build - no double-booking, no one looking over your shoulder.
