Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment services to improve patients' mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered, holistic rehabilitation care, with an emphasis on treating adult and geriatric populations with complex medical and functional needs. The PT collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team across clinical and community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

  • Outpatient rehabilitation experience
  • Acute care experience
  • Inpatient rehabilitation experience
  • Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience
  • Strong experience working with geriatric patients
Required Certification:
  • California Physical Therapist License
