Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities
Inpatient & Outpatient Therapy | Willow Valley Communities | South Central Pennsylvania

Help individuals regain strength, restore mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence.

$46.00/hour+ for Part-Time and Full-Time

$56.00/hour for Pool
What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:
  • Evaluate Residents and patients to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Assess and improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional performance
  • Develop treatment programs focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing injury
  • Recommend assistive devices and mobility equipment to support safety and independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary Team Members to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and wellness strategies
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans
Qualifications
