Are you passionate about helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love? Ventura Orthopedics is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing Therapy team.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist, you will:
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
• Establish measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Supervise and support therapy aides, PTAs, and students, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and exceptional patient care.
