Salary: $75,000-$90,000 (pending experience)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic

- Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
- Oversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries
Qualifications- Graduate or upcoming graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or upcoming Michigan PT license
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
