Qualifications

• Strong patient care and communication abilities with multitasking skills.
• Genuine passion for physical therapy and patient support.
• Graduated from an accredited college with APTA curriculum.
• Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role, especially in outpatient orthopedic clinics, is highly regarded.
• Current Maryland state license and CPR certification required.
• Proficient in exercise and manual therapy techniques, specifically McKenzie method and sports rehabilitation.
• Outgoing and energetic personality for effective patient and community interaction.
• Ability to engage in clinic marketing through networking and physician outreach.

Responsibilities

• Assess and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Review patient records and physician referrals to determine necessary treatments.
• Deliver direct patient care following established protocols.
• Document patient progress and provide instructions for care to patients and caregivers.
• Oversee care provided by assistants and rehab technicians.
• Formulate comprehensive written plans of care with attainable goals.
• Implement and administer physical therapy treatment programs.
