Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will lead patient care initiatives and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services.
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Perform detailed physical therapy assessments and document patient progress
  • Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and rehabilitation programs
  • Supervise and coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
  • Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Develop and adjust therapeutic exercise programs based on patient needs
  • Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes


Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
  • Current Oregon State Physical Therapy license
  • Valid CPR certification
  • APTA certification preferred
  • Proven clinical experience in physical therapy
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics

Additional Information

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 Base Salary Dependent on Experience Level
