Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Current Missouri license and CPR certification required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical setting.
• Basic computer skills in EMR systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine treatment needs.
• Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Document patient progress, findings, and instructions for patients and caregivers.
• Supervise therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians in providing patient care.
• Develop comprehensive care plans with measurable goals based on initial evaluations.
• Implement and monitor physical therapy treatment programs for patient recovery.
