As more patients choose Duly for coordinated, outpatient care, we are adding new physical therapy positions to support timely access, manageable caseloads, and a positive work environment for our therapists. This growth allows our clinicians to focus on what matters most - delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.
About the Role:
Join Duly Health and Care's Physical Rehabilitation team in Hinsdale with clinicians supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.
In this role you will:
- Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including:
- Monday through Friday - two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM

Qualifications:
- Degree of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum.
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $77,000 - $110,000 depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
