Physical Therapist to its team.
This position is primarily direct patient care. You'll see a mix of orthopedic cases, including patients coming back from surgery, dealing with work or sports injuries, or having difficulty with strength and movement.
The workweek is
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with an average of
1-2 patients per hour.
What You'll Handle- Evaluate new patients and determine appropriate physical therapy needs
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Establish goals and plans of care
- Lead therapeutic exercise and functional training
- Provide manual therapy when appropriate
- Check range of motion, strength, balance, and mobility during follow-up visits
- Update treatment based on how the patient is responding
- Review exercises patients can continue at home
- Complete treatment notes and required reports
Requirements- Current Physical Therapist License
- DPT or MSPT Degree
- Previous outpatient physical therapy experience
- Orthopedic treatment experience
