Physical Therapist | Leonard Florence Center for Living
$40.00 - $46.00/hour
, based on experience
Full-Time | Weekend and holiday rotations include: 1 weekend day per month, 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
  • Provide exceptional physical therapy services to a diverse resident population, including individuals receiving short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and specialized care for MS, ALS, and other progressive neurological conditions and ventilator dependency.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize residents' mobility, function, and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation goals, coordinate care, and ensure safe, effective discharge planning and referrals.
  • Utilize or develop expertise in high-tech assistive technology and adaptive equipment to enhance resident independence; opportunities are available for Physical Therapists interested in becoming a Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP).

Qualifications for Success:
  • Master or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
