Responsibilities- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of physical therapy needs
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities to promote improved mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in discharge planning and education to ensure successful transitions to home or other settings
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address patient needs and achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress
Requirements- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or related degree
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of California
- Minimum 0 years of experience in a clinical setting (new graduates welcome to apply)
