Employment Status: Full-time.
Start Date: Preferably September 21st, 2026
Hours per two-week pay-period: 35-40 hours per week
Compensation: $40 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience
Essential Job Functions: - Align rehabilitation services with organizational mission, vision and strategic goals of Sidney Health Center
- Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and daily treatment for physical therapy for a variety of clients
- Use differential diagnosis to properly identify impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities to provide an appropriate plan of care.
- Document via EHR with proper documentation and necessity for reimbursement for treatment
- Work with a variety of clients in inpatient, outpatient, extended care and specialty rehab services as needed by the department
- Ensure evidence-based clinical practice and consistent care standards across service lines
Minimum Qualifications: - Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
- Graduation from an accredited professional program
Certifications and Licenses: - Current, unrestricted license in Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

patients for continued need of care and progressing their plan of care accordingly until they are able to discharge independently.
