Physical Therapist (PT) Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | 4062 Arleta Ave NE, Keizer, OR 97303Compensation: Starting at $47-$55 per hourSchedule- Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts are available

What You'll Do- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management
- Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence
- Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner
What We're Looking For- Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
- Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
- Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care
