Mobility Fit Physical Therapy | $85,000 - $110,000

This is an opportunity for a pelvic health PT who wants to do more than provide excellent care in a private room. It is for a clinician who wants to practice at the intersection of pelvic health, orthopedic reasoning, movement, performance, education, and real-life outcomes.
Why This Role Is Different

At Mobility Fit, we are known for working with active and motivated people, from athletes and weekend warriors to postpartum patients and individuals who simply want to feel strong and capable again. Our pelvic health patients are not just looking for temporary relief. They are looking for a clinician who can help them understand what is happening, build a plan, and return to life with confidence.

You will be part of a team that values clinical excellence, hands-on care, thoughtful exercise prescription, movement assessment, autonomy, and collaboration. We are not looking for someone to simply "cover pelvic health." We are looking for someone who is excited to help grow and elevate it.

What You Will Have on the Mobility Fit Team
  • A whole-body model of pelvic health
You will treat the pelvic floor as part of a larger system that includes breath, core, hips, spine, movement, strength, pressure management, lifestyle, and function.
  • A structured schedule with protected documentation time
Full-time therapists have built-in documentation time Monday through Thursday, helping support timely notes and thoughtful patient care within a busy outpatient schedule.
  • A performance-minded patient population
Many patients come to Mobility Fit because they want to get back to doing something meaningful, whether that is running, lifting, work, parenting, intimacy, sport, or daily life without fear or limitation.
  • Room to practice within your pelvic health specialty
Whether your passion is women's health, men's health, or a blend of both, Mobility Fit gives you space to build a caseload aligned with your training, skill set, and clinical interests.
  • A team that respects advanced clinical skill
You will be surrounded by clinicians who value manual therapy, movement assessment, individualized programming, education, and progressive exercise.
  • A culture that wants to raise the bar
Mobility Fit describes its team as passionate about breaking the mold of traditional physical therapy and helping clients decrease pain and increase performance. That mindset matters in pelvic health, where patients need clinical excellence, trust, and a provider who sees the full picture.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $85,000 - $110,000 compensation range
  • Monthly profit sharing opportunity
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • PTO
  • Clinical autonomy
  • Continuing education and professional growth opportunities
  • Supportive private practice team environment

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist at Mobility Fit, you will evaluate and treat patients with pelvic health and related orthopedic conditions, including:
  • Pregnancy and postpartum concerns
  • Urinary urgency, frequency, leakage, and bladder dysfunction
  • Pelvic pain, hip pain, low back pain, SI joint pain, tailbone pain, abdominal pain, rectal pain, or perineal pain
  • Diastasis recti, core weakness, pressure management, and return to exercise
  • Pain with intercourse and other sexual dysfunction concerns
  • Prolapse and post-surgical pelvic health needs
  • Constipation and bowel-related pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Patients who have not fully improved through traditional orthopedic care
  • You will use your clinical reasoning to create individualized plans of care that may include internal and external pelvic floor assessment and treatment, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, patient education, movement retraining, and return-to-activity planning.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring
  • Active Ohio Physical Therapist license
  • Passion for pelvic health, whole-person care, and movement-based rehabilitation

  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to build trust with patients navigating sensitive and often life-changing concerns
  • Interest in collaborating with orthopedic, sports, and performance-minded clinicians
