We currently seeking an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team in the fabulous Folsom Outpatient Clinic with an awesome Director and Rehab team!

This is a great opportunity for a new-graduate to be mentored by such a great team, as well as, suited for a seasoned clinician!
Primary Responsibilities:- Assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
- Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, activities of daily living, prosthetic training, gait and functional training
- Educate patient and family on proper care plans
- Communicate with team members to ensure quality care is being provided
Skills & Requirements - Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university or the foreign equivalent
- California state licensed Physical Therapist
