Full Job Description
As a Physical Therapist, we can accommodate you FULL OR PART TIME, with a flexible schedule that fits your needs! With a full-time position, we offer full benefits and we are also able to offer zero-premium health insurance!

Our Davis Clinic is located just outside the greater Sacramento Region of California and hosts a fabulous team!

This is an ideal position for a seasoned Physical Therapist or a new graduate!

Our entire staff, along with our Physical Therapists, are devoted to clinical excellence!



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Supervision of support staff in the clinical area
• Provide direct patient care as prescribed including evaluation and treatment planning
• Review physician's referral and patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and required physical therapy treatment
• Collaborate with other personnel in developing and implementing physical therapy care plans
• Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enter information into computer
• Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation
• Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit
• Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home
• Participate in educational activities of the service
• Participate in clinical studies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required:
  • California state licensed Physical Therapist

Salary range $50-$65/hour, or equivalent salary dependent upon working hours, experience, and total compensation. We are flexible.
