Our outpatient Therapy Center in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a licensed
Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team focused on orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, hands-on clinical environment alongside Board-Certified Clinical Specialists while treating a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting designed around quality care-not volume.

What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses
- Develop individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes and patient goals
- Deliver evidence-based, hands-on outpatient therapy services
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term success and independence
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment
Qualifications- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
- Strong interest in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care

Compensation:The full time pay range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
