Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time Outpatient 2504 McCain Blvd #230, North Little Rock, AR 72116

At Advanced Physical Therapy's North Little Rock outpatient clinic, you'll work with a diverse orthopedic patient population, including post-surgical patients, musculoskeletal injuries, balance and dizziness conditions, sports-related injuries, and individuals working to regain mobility and function. You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated rehabilitation team while delivering individualized care in a patient-centered environment. Your Role:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and balance-related impairments.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff to support exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment progression, and outcomes.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
