Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Full-Time Outpatient Berea, KYYour Role:
Physical Therapist (PT)- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)- Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Treat orthopedic, post-operative, balance, vestibular, dizziness, vertigo, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the clinical team.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
RequirementsPhysical Therapist (PT)- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits- Competitive Compensation: PT $90,000 - $100,000 annually and PTA $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
